Do I need a business account to order?
No. Avendi welcomes both individual consumers and business customers. Whether you need a single item or bulk quantities, you can order online without an account.

Are your products certified and compliant?

Do you sell branded or logo-ready clothing?
Yes. Many of our garments are suitable for custom branding or embroidery. If branding is available, it will be clearly stated on the product page or you can contact us for assistance.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the correct size?

Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days.
Some branded or specialist items may take slightly longer, and this will be shown at checkout.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Next-day delivery may be available on selected items. Availability and pricing will be shown during checkout.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently, Avendi focuses on UK deliveries. If you require international shipping, please contact us to discuss options.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
You can return unused items in their original condition within 21 days of delivery. Full details are available on our Returns Policy page.
Are branded or personalised items refundable?
Unfortunately, custom-branded or personalised items cannot be returned, unless faulty.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 15 working days.
Pricing & Payment
Are prices shown inclusive of VAT?
Yes, unless stated otherwise. VAT-exempt items (such as certain safety footwear) will be clearly identified.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, along with other secure online payment methods displayed at checkout.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
