Who are Avendi ?

Avendi is a UK-based specialist supplier of workwear, safety footwear, and PPE. Avendi is a trading name of Harper Martin Limited (Company No. 01908388), bringing over 40 years of industrial expertise to our customers.

Is Avendi a UK company?

Yes. We are fully registered in England & Wales and operate from our registered office in Great Notley, Braintree, Essex. All customer support and logistics are managed from the UK.


Ordering & Products

Do I need a business account to order?
No. We serve both individual professionals and businesses. You can complete your purchase using our secure Guest Checkout or create an account to track your order history.

Are your products genuine branded items?
Yes. Every product is sourced directly from recognised manufacturers (such as Snickers Workwear, Portwest, and Brook Taverner) or their authorised distribution channels. This ensures 100% authenticity and full compliance with safety standards.

Are your products safety certified?
Yes. All PPE and safety products we supply comply with the relevant UK and EU standards (EN and ISO). Specific certification details are provided on each individual product page.


Delivery

How long does delivery take?

  • Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 business days.
  • Specialist Ranges (e.g., Snickers): 7–10 business days.
    The specific transit time for every item is clearly displayed on its respective product page.

Where are items dispatched from?
Orders are fulfilled via our coordinated logistics network, which includes our own UK-held stock and authorised manufacturer distribution centres. This ensures the most efficient delivery path for your order.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently provide delivery exclusively to the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international destinations at this time.


Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
You may return unused items in their original condition within 21 days of delivery. Please refer to our [Returns & Refunds Policy] for full details.

Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for returned items.

How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we issue a refund to your original payment method. Funds generally appear in your account within 5–10 business days.


Pricing & Payment

Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices displayed on our website include VAT at the prevailing UK rate. The price you see on the product page is the final price you will pay at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?
