We want you to shop with complete confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refund process in line with UK consumer protection legislation. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Eligibility
You may return most unused items within 21 days of delivery provided that:
• the item is unused and in a resaleable condition
• all original packaging, tags and documentation are intact
• the item is not personalised, customised, or made to order
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain PPE products may be excluded from return where packaging has been opened or tampered with, unless faulty.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund where appropriate, including reasonable return shipping costs.
Photographic evidence may be requested to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you are responsible for arranging safe return of the goods unless otherwise agreed.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a tracked service, as customers remain responsible for goods until safely received.
Refund Processing
Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout within 15 working days after confirmation.
Your payment provider may take additional time to make funds available.
Exchanges
Where possible, we are happy to arrange exchanges for alternative sizes or variants.
Please contact our support team so we can reserve replacement stock where available.
Direct-from-Manufacturer Deliveries
Some products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners.
