Shipping Policy

At Avendi, we provide reliable delivery across the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. To ensure your order reaches you efficiently, we utilise a network of our own warehouses and authorised manufacturer distribution centres.

1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

Our shipping costs are calculated based on your total order value (including VAT).

  •         Orders under £50.00: £5.99 Standard Delivery
  •          Orders £50.00 – £74.99: £4.99 Standard Delivery
  •          Orders £75.00 and Over: FREE Standard Delivery

 

2. Delivery Lead Times

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

  • Standard Items: 3–5 Business Days.
  •  Branded & Specialist Items: 7–10 Business Days.

o   Note: This applies to specific technical ranges (e.g., Snickers Workwear) dispatched from European hubs. Specific lead times are displayed on each product page.

3. Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where courier tracking is available, a link will be provided to monitor your delivery progress.

4. Delivery Locations & Restrictions

  • Service Area: We deliver to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland.
  • Exclusions: We currently do not deliver to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or PO Box addresses.
  • Multiple Shipments: To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders containing multiple brands may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost to you.
