Shipping Policy

At Avendi, we deliver across the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. Orders may be dispatched from our own warehouses or authorised manufacturer distribution centres.

1. Delivery charges

For UK mainland orders, standard delivery charges are based on the order value, including VAT:

  • Orders under £50.00: £5.99

  • Orders from £50.00 to £74.99: £4.99

  • Orders of £75.00 or more: free standard delivery

We also deliver to Northern Ireland using UPS. The delivery charge for a Northern Ireland order will be shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Processing and delivery times

Our order cut-off time is 3:00 pm UK time. Orders usually take 1–3 business days to process, followed by 2–7 business days in transit. The total estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Standard items typically arrive within 3–5 business days; branded and specialist items may take 7–10 business days. Product pages show specific lead times where applicable.

3. Dispatch and tracking

We’ll email you when your order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available, the email will include a link to follow your delivery. Orders containing items from different brands may arrive in separate parcels at no additional delivery charge.

4. Delivery locations

We deliver to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland. We do not currently deliver to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands or PO Box addresses.

5. Returns from Northern Ireland

If you need to return an item from Northern Ireland, please contact us first for return instructions and the correct return address. We cannot currently provide a prepaid return label for parcels sent from Northern Ireland. You will need to arrange a suitable postal or courier service to send the item back to us in mainland UK.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us before sending it back. We will explain how to return it and cover reasonable return costs where required by law. Please see our Returns Policy for details.
