1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds
Our shipping costs are calculated based on your total order value (including VAT).
- Orders under £50.00: £5.99 Standard Delivery
- Orders £50.00 – £74.99: £4.99 Standard Delivery
- Orders £75.00 and Over: FREE Standard Delivery
2. Order Processing & Delivery Times
Order Cut-off Time: 3:00 PM (GMT)
Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
Transit Time: 2–7 business days (Mon–Fri)
Total Estimated Delivery: 3–10 business days. Specific lead times for branded items (e.g., Snickers Workwear) are displayed on the product page.
3. Delivery Lead Times
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Overall delivery takes 3–10 business days depending on the item
- Standard Items: 3–5 Business Days.
- Branded & Specialist Items: 7–10 Business Days.

4. Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where courier tracking is available, a link will be provided to monitor your delivery progress.
5. Delivery Locations & Restrictions
- Service Area: We deliver to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland.
- Exclusions: We cannot deliver to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or PO Box addresses.
- Multiple Shipments: To get your items to you as fast as possible, orders containing multiple brands may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost to you.
