This website and online store are operated by Avendi, a trading name of Harper Martin Limited (Company No. 01908388). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Avendi and Harper Martin Limited.
By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

2. Accuracy of Information
We take all reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. Prices for our products are subject to change; however, the price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT at the prevailing rate. The total price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay; we do not charge any hidden restocking fees or administrative surcharges
3. Order Acceptance and Contract
A contract is formed between us once we have processed your payment and sent a formal Order Confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order (e.g., due to a clear pricing error or stock cessation), we will notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued immediately.
4. Payment and Security
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., providing us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and other authorised gateways. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Our delivery obligations are governed by our Shipping Policy. We provide definitive transit times for all products (3–10 Business Days). While we utilise a network of manufacturer distribution centres to ensure availability, the contract of sale and responsibility for delivery remains solely with Harper Martin Limited.
6. Returns and Refunds
Your right to return goods is protected under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on how to exercise your 14-day right to cancel.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
